Lukasz Kupiec has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Lukasz began their career at Grupa o2 in 2007, where they served as the IT Service Desk Manager for almost seven years. In 2014, they joined Grupa Wirtualna Polska as the IT Service Desk Manager before being promoted to Service Desk Team Lead. Lukasz then transitioned to Aviva in 2015, taking on the role of Sales Team Manager. After a year at Aviva, Lukasz moved to Livespace - Sell Smarter in 2016, where they served as a Senior Customer Success Manager before being promoted to Head of Customer Success in 2018. Lukasz'smost recent role was at Packhelp in 2022, where they worked as the Head of Customer Experience. Overall, Lukasz has demonstrated strong leadership skills and expertise in both IT and customer-centric roles throughout their career.

Lukasz Kupiec completed their undergraduate education from 2010 to 2013 at Wyższa Szkoła Finansów i Zarządzania w Białymstoku, where they obtained a Licencjat (Lic.) degree in Marketing. In February 2022, they also obtained a Product-Led Growth Certificate™ from ProductLed.
