Nicholas Searle

Nicholas Searle is an experienced Hotel Guest Services Manager at Talking Stick Resort, a position held since March 2004, with oversight of three departments and approximately 80 employees across two 24/7 properties. Previously, Nicholas served as the Former Proprietor of Happy Days Casino from July 2009 to 2011, gaining expertise in operations management, leadership, strategic management, budget analysis, financial solvency, corporate negotiations, and compliance with state and federal regulations.
