Dr. Mary-Clare Race has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple companies and industries. In this role, they led a team of innovators and product designers, focusing on coaching, career mobility, and career transition. Dr Mary-Clare'swork at Lee Hecht Harrison received recognition from external entities for its quality and speed of bringing new innovations to the market.

Dr. Race also had significant roles at Mind Gym, starting as Global Head of Solutions and then eventually becoming the Chief Creative Officer and President. Dr Mary-Clare'sresponsibilities included leading the Creative team in developing learning experiences and employee communications that create lasting behavioral change.

During their tenure at Arup, Dr. Race held various roles, including Associate Director, Associate, Diversity and Inclusion Programme Lead UKMEA, Principal Consultant, and Senior Consultant. Dr Mary-Clare was responsible for driving diversity and inclusion initiatives and providing consulting services.

Prior to Arup, they worked as a Consultant at Rossmore Group and as a Retail Training Manager at schuh. Dr. Race began their career as a Research Coordinator at the Northern Health and Social Care Trust.

Overall, Dr. Mary-Clare Race has proven expertise in leadership, innovation, product development, learning strategies, and diversity and inclusion initiatives across multiple sectors.

Dr. Mary-Clare Race completed their education with a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Psychology from UCL, from 2010 to 2016. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Occupational Psychology from The University of Sheffield. Dr Mary-Clare'sundergraduate studies were conducted at Ulster University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Social Psychology.
