Fiona Flynn has diverse work experience in various leadership and coaching roles. Fiona founded and served as the Director of Montauk Consulting, where they helped leaders and teams create thriving work climates, developed emotional intelligence, empowered female talent, and built resilience in the workplace. Fiona was also the President of PWN Dublin, a networking and leadership development platform for professional women. As an Associate Director at Talking Talent, they delivered coaching and introduced the company's solutions to the Irish market. Additionally, Fiona held the position of Director at Foresight Coaching & Development, focusing on partnering with organizations to enhance leadership development. Fiona also worked as an Associate Partner at Votive Leadership LLP, specializing in developing the inner game and mindset approach to business. Fiona's experience also includes being the Business Development Director at Staff Balance Ltd, where they specialized in building business simulation models. Fiona started their career as the Head of Sales at eircom net, responsible for strategy execution and achieving sales results.

Fiona Flynn completed their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) degree in Business Studies from Technological University Dublin between 1988 and 1992. In 2015, they pursued further education in Personality Profiling, Team Map, and Relationship Mapping at Clarity 4D.com. Additionally, in 2016, Fiona Flynn completed a program at JCA Global.com, which granted their accreditation in Emotional Intelligence Profile and Leadership Climate Indicator.
