Tricia Evans

Tricia Evans has a diverse and extensive work experience. Tricia began their career as a Product Manager with Birds Eye Walls (Unilever), where they worked for five years. Tricia then transitioned to a role as an Undergraduate Course Manager at the Careers Research & Advisory Centre in Cambridge for four years. Tricia went on to work as a Programme Tutor at Ashridge Business School, teaching Leadership, Team Development, and Managing People courses. Tricia later became a Board Member and Good Will Ambassador for the Gulf for Good charity in Dubai, where they volunteered for 11 years. Tricia currently remains involved with the charity and continues to make a difference in people's lives. Tricia also worked as an Executive, Leadership, and Team Coach at WWA Corporate Coaching, focusing on helping senior managers in the Middle East achieve transformational results. Tricia then became an Associate Director at Talking Talent, a coaching and research company that assists in the retention and progression of talented women. Overall, Tricia has a comprehensive background in coaching, leadership development, and business management.

Tricia Evans pursued their education in a chronological manner. In 1975, they enrolled at Swansea University and completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature in 1978. Following this, they attended Lancaster University from 1990 to 1992, where they obtained a Master of Arts degree in Management Education. In 2010, Tricia participated in an Internet Marketing Programme, followed by attending the Transpersonal Counselling Skills & Healer's Training Course from 2011 to 2012.
