As the daughter of Mexican immigrants, Jocelyn is passionate about ensuring everyone has access to an equitable educational experience. From both personal and professional experience, Jocelyn has seen a positive correlation between family engagement and student success. As a Customer Success Associate, Jocelyn brings the compassion and skill set needed to be the liaison between teachers and families at TalkingPoints.

Jocelyn is a graduate of San Francisco State University with a B.S. in Kinesiology with a focus on empowering marginalized communities to pursue active and healthy lifestyles. She also is a proud AmeriCorps Alumni where she supported families and students access to mental health resources.
