As Philanthropy Operations Manager, Shawna manages the systems and tools that support the fundraising team. She brings over 15 years of experience in fundraising and finance and a commitment to equitable educational outcomes to the TalkingPoints Team.

Shawna graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Maryland Baltimore County, and certifications from the Maryland Association of Nonprofit Organizations in Non-Profit Management and Accounting Fundamentals.
