Lauren Lahn

Lauren Lahn is an experienced professional in the food and beverage industry, currently serving as the Research & Development Director at Talking Rain Beverage Company® since December 2023, while also owning Concept to Cart since May 2022. Previously, Lauren held various roles, including Director of Commercialization at Nextbite, where leadership focused on expanding virtual dining brands. Lauren's extensive background includes significant positions at The Simply Good Foods Company and Saputo, where responsibilities ranged from product development and regulatory compliance to innovation and quality assurance. Lauren holds a B.S. in Food Science and Human Nutrition from Iowa State University and has foundational education in Biotechnology from Montana State University-Bozeman.
