Brendon Budness

Brendon Budness is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in quality assurance and management within the tech and healthcare industries. Currently serving as Lead Quality Assurance Analyst at PGi since September 2014, Brendon has a focus on identifying software bugs and enhancing product quality for customers. In addition, Brendon functions as a Quality Assurance Analyst at TalkPoint, a PGi Company, while also having held the role of Webcast Production Manager, where responsibilities included managing live and on-demand webcasts and ensuring technical support. Prior experience includes roles as a Human Resources Coordinator and Billing/Insurance Specialist at Personal Touch Home Care. Brendon holds a B.S. in Management, Accounting, and International Business from Manhattan University, completed in 2009.
