Olivia Snider Bryant

Olivia Snider Bryant is a corporate attorney with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, securities, corporate governance matters, and commercial transactions. Currently serving as Senior Counsel and Assistant Corporate Secretary at Talkspace since January 2022, Olivia previously held the position of Senior Associate at Frost Brown Todd from October 2016 to December 2021, as well as working as an Export Classification Specialist at Belcan from May 2015 to September 2016. Olivia earned a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from the University of Kentucky J. David Rosenberg College of Law between 2013 and 2016, and a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from Southeast Missouri State University from 2009 to 2013.
