Louise Mosley has over 29 years of experience in account management and customer service, currently serving as a Major Account Manager at TalkTalk Business since May 2004. In this role, Louise collaborates with a team of Account and Business Development Managers to manage key accounts and develop tailored solutions for some of the largest Business accounts in the UK, leveraging the expertise of presales technical architects and product managers. Educational qualifications include A Levels in Psychology, Biology, and Communication and Media Studies from East Berkshire College.
