Bhavesh Panchal has extensive work experience in various roles at TalkTalk and DePuy Orthopaedics. At TalkTalk, they worked from 2010 to 2016 in roles such as Technical Support Account Manager and BPO Partner Execution Manager, where they managed projects and collaborated with internal and external stakeholders. From 2014 to 2016, they also worked on service improvement, focusing on operational management and service delivery. In 2018, Bhavesh rejoined TalkTalk and held positions including Senior Operations Manager, where they led a fast-paced and challenging contact center operation across multiple locations. Bhavesh then became a Digital Adoption Senior Channel Manager responsible for driving the digital adoption strategy. Currently, Bhavesh holds the position of Head of Channels and Digital Adoption. Prior to their time at TalkTalk, Bhavesh worked at DePuy Orthopaedics as an Intelligence Orthopaedics Supply Analyst, where they generated forecasts and managed global demands for orthopedic products. Bhavesh has demonstrated strong leadership skills and a focus on customer service throughout their career.

Bhavesh Panchal received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Information Technology from The University of Manchester between 2002 and 2006. In addition, they hold certifications in Six Sigma from the Six Sigma Management Institute by Dr. Mikel J. Harry and in ITIL V3 and PRINCE 2 from OGC.
