Jason Pasternack has been working in the culinary industry since 2014. Jason began their career as an Artisan Chocolatier at The San Francisco Chocolate Factory in 2014. In 2015, they became a Team Leader at TalkToChef (Cookstream, Inc.). Most recently, they have been the Culinary Director at JP Culinary Consulting Group.
Jason Pasternack attended the Culinary Institute of America to pursue a HS Certification in Culinary Arts from 1998 to present. From 1998 to 2000, they attended BOCES NY for Culinary Arts. Jason then attended Johnson & Wales University from 2000 to 2001 for Culinary Arts. Lastly, they attended the French Culinary Institute from 2006 to 2007 for a Classic Culinary Arts degree.
