Awatea Martell

Awatea Martell is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the real estate and business training sectors. Since April 2019, Martell has held multiple leadership roles at Tall Poppy Real Estate, including People & Culture Lead and Senior Manager positions in Client Services and Customer Performance & Logistics. Prior to this, Martell served as an Account Manager at Business Training New Zealand Ltd from 2015 to 2019. Martell holds a Master's degree in Maori and Business Management from Te Wānanga o Raukawa, demonstrating a strong academic foundation in both cultural and business practices.
