Zachary Prusak is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in fire management and voice acting. Currently serving as the Wildland Fire Training Specialist at Tall Timbers Research Station & Land Conservancy since June 2021, Zach has a rich background that includes roles as Florida Fire Manager and Central Florida Conservation Program Manager with The Nature Conservancy, and South Region Land Manager for Brevard County's Environmentally Endangered Lands Program. With a Master of Science in Biology from the University of Central Florida and training in improv from SAK University, Zach is also a passionate voice over artist, contributing to projects such as the "Supernatural GenderSWAP" radio drama and the award-winning short "Slice of Life."

Tall Timbers is a widely regarded information resource for the areas of fire ecology, game bird management, vertebrate ecology and forestry. The Research Station is recognized as the home of the study of fire ecology and is an advocate to protect the right to use prescribed fire for land management. And, the Land Conservancy is recognized as one of the nation’s leading land trusts, as it has protected traditional land uses in north Florida and south Georgia by conserving more than 120,000 acres in this region through conservation easements.
