Iuliana Boariu

Iuliana Boariu has extensive experience in the field of human resources. Iuliana began their career at Bloomfield Health Services in 2015, where they held various roles such as HR Administrator and HR Assistant / Workforce Planner. In 2017, they joined Tallaght University Hospital and served as an HR Administrator before being promoted to Senior HR Administrator. Currently, they hold the position of HR Business Services Lead at Tallaght University Hospital.

Iuliana Boariu obtained a Bachelor of Business (Honours) degree from iTB during the period of 2010 to 2014. In 2017 to 2018, they pursued an additional qualification at the National College of Ireland, earning a CIPD Award in Employment Law and Employee Relations.
