Venkat Bala

Venkat (Vinni) Bala has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Venkat (Vinni) is currently serving as the Head of Operations at Tallied. Prior to this, they were the Head of Operations at Kikoff from March 2021 to October 2022. From February 2020 to March 2021, they worked as the VP, Head of Credit & Debit Cards at Patelco Credit Union. Additionally, Venkat worked at Deserve as the Chief Credit Officer from December 2016 to October 2019, and briefly as the Chief Marketing Officer in April 2016. Earlier in their career, they held positions at Wells Fargo from April 2010 to March 2016, serving as Vice President in roles such as Head of Early Stage Consumer Cards and Product Management. Venkat also gained experience at Citigroup as a Vice President in various program management roles from August 2005 to November 2009. Before that, they worked as a Graduate Intern at Sony Music Entertainment in 2004 and as a Senior Media Planner at Young & Rubicam/Wunderman from January 1999 to January 2003.

Venkat (Vinni) Bala has an MBA in Marketing from the Fordham Gabelli School of Business and a BA in English from Creighton University.
