About

The board of directors at Tallink Grupp has a long history of experience in the legal field. Members of the board have worked as partners at Ellex, a Baltic circle of legal excellence. They have also been members of the Management Board at FinanceEstonia and the Corporate Governance Council at the Baltic Institute of Corporate Governance. In addition, members of the board have also worked as a member of the Supervisory Board at Inbank AS. All members of the board have completed their education at the University of Tartu in Law.
