Andrey Kuropyatnyk, MBA, has a diverse background in both the IT and financial sectors. Andrey currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer at Altris AI, where they apply computer vision and deep learning algorithms to develop innovative ophthalmology diagnosis real-time support for the detection of retinal diseases. Additionally, they are involved in the development of the Altris Education OCT mobile app, which provides educational OCT scans for eye care professionals and students.

Prior to their current role, Andrey worked as the Head of Digital Consulting and Engineering at Tallium Inc., where they combined fintech expertise, technologies, and development processes to transform business challenges into digital excellence for banking and fintech companies.

Before joining Tallium Inc., Andrey held the position of Management Board Member and Lead Consultant at Altris IT Solutions, a professional IT services provider. Andrey played a key role in Lean & Agile engineering, customized software product development, and provided Enterprise Agile Transformation consulting services.

Andrey also has experience as a Process and Project Management Consultant at Ciklum, where they provided consulting support to clients and responsibility for multiple team accounts. At Raiffeisen Bank Aval, they held several positions, including Deputy Head of Division and Deputy Head of Collection Systems Automation Division, where they managed collection system development projects and led the Agile transformation. As a Senior Project Manager, they participated in various projects and was responsible for project schedules, financial plans, and resource plans.

Earlier in their career, Andrey worked at KPMG Ukraine as a Senior Consultant, specializing in IT audits, due diligence, and ERP systems implementation projects. Andrey also served as the Consulting Director at ABS Kvazar-Micro, overseeing SAP R/3, Oracle E-Business Suite, and Oracle Siebel CRM implementation projects.

Andrey began their career as a Business Analyst at Fozzy Group, where they analyzed and modeled business processes and participated in the development of the corporative information system.

Andrey Kuropyatnyk, MBA, has a strong educational background in business administration and quality management. Andrey completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, Andrey obtained a Ukrainian Program of Business Administration degree from the International Institute of Business, specializing in finance, from 2004 to 2006. Andrey also holds a Master's degree in Quality, Standardization, and Certification from Kiev National University of Technology and Design, earned from 2002 to 2003. Andrey's educational journey began with a Bachelor's degree in Metrology and Measuring Technology from Kiev National University of Technology and Design, which they earned from 1998 to 2002.

In addition to their degrees, Andrey has acquired several certifications in project management and agile methodologies. Andrey became an Enterprise Services Planning (ESP) certified professional from Lean Kanban Inc. in July 2018. Andrey also holds a Kanban Management Professional (KMP) certification from Lean Kanban Inc., obtained in November 2017. Andrey is an ICAgile Authorized Trainer and an ICAgile Certified Professional (ICP), both certified by ICAgile in December 2015. Andrey holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute, obtained in October 2014, and a PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) certification, earned in February 2015. Andrey is a SAFe Program Consultant (SPC4) certified by Scaled Agile, Inc., obtained in September 2016. Andrey also possesses a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification from the Scrum Alliance, obtained in June 2014, and a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from the Scrum Alliance, earned in June 2014.
