Harsha Kodnad

Harsha Kodnad has extensive experience in technology and software development, currently serving as the Director of Technology at Tally Solutions Pvt Ltd since October 2000. In this role, Harsha is focused on the New Product Development project, code-named TallyWorld. Prior positions at Tally Solutions include Principal Engineer, where Harsha contributed to multiple Tally. ERP9 product releases, and AVP, Technology Architect, responsible for architecting the Tally Technology Platform and managing a team of approximately 50 people while ensuring effective people management and training. Earlier roles encompassed various contributions to Tally software, including porting applications to Unicode and developing key modules. Harsha's early career included working as a Software Engineer at Kannada Ganaka Parishad, contributing to the Nudi Software project aimed at integrating the Kannada language into computing. Harsha holds a Diploma in Electrical Engineering from the Board of Technical Education, Karnataka, completed in 1997.
