Nagan brings with him 25+ years of experience that sprawls across sustaining established brands, handling multicultural talent in international forays as well as setting up an entire HR function. With a proven ability to provide critical business partnership in developing and implementing HR solutions to achieve business goals, he brings a holistic perspective and unique approach to leadership. Having worked towards growing organizations from 100 to 12,000+ people, he enjoys staying at the core of action. He has also been instrumental in building strong talent/people brand through strategic interventions to attract, hire, engage and retain the best-in-class talent across various verticals. Creating a fit-for-purpose HR function and leading it to deliver success for the business growth, he will be working towards further elevating Tally’s key focus on employee well-being and establishing a great employer brand.

Prior to Tally, he was working as Senior Director & HR Leader with Capgemini Engineering, leading the HR function. He has also been associated with Global Edge Software, Synapse and MindTree in his previous stints. He is married to Nirmala Jodalli who is an Assistant Professor for Mathematics at Maharani Cluster University and has a 16-year-old son, Nishcal. He has a liking for Indian classical music, travelling, reading management/Indian history books and coaching.
