Ricardo Rivera

Ricardo Rivera has a diverse work experience, with their most recent role being the Workflow Solutions Director at Tallyfy since February 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Profesor Universitario at Universidad La Salle Noroeste, A.C. since August 2020.

From September 2022 to February 2023, Ricardo served as the Acting Growth Director at TINC CMMS, where they designed and executed marketing strategies, resulting in a churn rate of less than 3% for existing clients and a 100% growth in new clients. Ricardo also held the position of Key Account Manager at TINC CMMS from March 2021 to February 2023, where they developed and implemented sales strategies, conducted consulting projects in Clinical Engineering for hospitals and companies, and managed projects within the commercial department.

Prior to that, Ricardo worked as an Especialista CMMS at TINC CMMS from February 2020 to March 2021. Ricardo was responsible for specialist tasks related to CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).

Before joining TINC CMMS, Ricardo worked at BIOMEDICA EN LINEA as a Proyectos integrales specialist from August 2019 to February 2020. In this role, they focused on engineering projects, including knowledge of medical equipment importation and distribution of TINC medical equipment management software.

Ricardo's earlier experience includes working as a Practicante at Biomedica San Martin from August 2018 to December 2018. Ricardo also had an internship at Arizona State University from January 2018 to July 2018, where they were involved in the design of prosthetic sockets for below-knee amputees and conducted research for Parkinson Disease patients in a locomotion lab under the guidance of Dr. Thurmon Lockhart.

Ricardo Rivera obtained their Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey, where they studied from 2014 to 2019. In 2018, they briefly attended the Ira A. Fulton Schools of Engineering at Arizona State University, focusing on Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering.
