Manuel Biermann

Manuel Biermann's work experience starts in 2007 with a civilian service role at Krankenhaus Dortmund-West. In 2008, they worked as an intern and assistant to the project and production manager at Flowserve GmbH & Co. KG. From 2009 to 2011, they were an undergraduate assistant at Werkzeugmaschinenlabor, WZL der RWTH Aachen. In 2013, they co-founded Tripsy.hk, an online marketplace for group activities and trips. In 2014, they worked as the head of project development and later as the VP of marketing at KONUX, a sensor company. From 2015 to 2017, they co-founded and was a co-founder of qmBase, a software company. In 2017, they joined Bridgemaker GmbH as a venture partner and head of sales. In 2019, they became a managing partner at Unifier Ventures, a venture capital firm. In 2020, they became the managing director of Talmore, a recruitment and sales enablement company. Finally, in 2021, they became a partner at The Troops, an eCommerce brand scaling company.
