Alissa Parr

Alissa Parr has a diverse and extensive work experience. Alissa currently holds the position of Director, Talent Solutions at Talogy, a company that combines psychology and technology to help organizations find the best talent. Prior to this, Alissa worked as a Senior Consultant and Project Consultant at Talogy. Alissa also has experience working as a Consultant at Talogy, where they started their career in 2013.

In addition to their work at Talogy, Alissa has held various roles at other organizations. Alissa worked as an Instructor and Graduate Teaching Assistant at Penn State University, teaching Research Methods in Psychology. Alissa also served as an Associate at ICF International and a Research Analyst at Development Dimensions International. Furthermore, they worked as a Graduate Director of the Leadership Assessment Center at the PNC Leadership Assessment Center at Penn State University. Alissa has also worked as a Consultant at PNC Financial Services, Penn State University Development Department, Penn State University Human Resources, and the Pennsylvania State Education Association.

Alissa Parr completed their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Penn State University from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Science (M.S.) in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the same institution between 2009 and 2011. Alissa began their educational journey by obtaining a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Psychology with a minor in Mathematics from Eckerd College, where they studied from 2003 to 2007.
