Lucy Griffiths began their career in 1993 as part of the Graduate Placement Scheme at Marks and Spencer. Lucy then worked at various companies such as EY, Management Dynamics, Analysts International Corporation (AIC), and Best International (later Spring Group) as a Recruitment Consultant and Trainee Accountant. In 2004, they joined Capita Resourcing as an Assessor Manager before moving to Atkins in 2005, where they held roles such as UK Recruitment Manager and HR Communications Manager. In 2016, they became Head of Operations at Talogy, eventually becoming the Director of Client Experience and currently serving as the Vice President of Client Experience International.
Lucy Griffiths holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from The University of Sheffield, which they earned from 1990 to 1993. Lucy also obtained an MSc in Occupational Psychology from The University of Sheffield, completing the program from 1996 to 1997.
