Reetta Koskinen

Reetta Koskinen has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Reetta is currently the Head of Business Development at Talogy (previously Cubiks PSI) since January 2022. Prior to this role, they served as a Principal Consultant at Cubiks PSI, where they were responsible for providing HR and psychometric expertise to clients globally. Reetta also worked as a Senior Consultant and Consultant at Cubiks PSI from April 2018 to April 2020 and from February 2016 to March 2018, respectively.

Before joining Talogy, Reetta worked at Fortum as a Process Manager for Global People Processes from August 2014 to January 2016. Prior to that, they served as an HR Expert in Resourcing & Employer Image from December 2007 to August 2014.

Reetta also gained experience as a Recruiter at Securitas Group from November 2004 to November 2007. Furthermore, they worked as a Summer Trainee at SKF Group in 2004 and served as an Intern at the Embassy of Finland in Oslo in the same year.

Reetta Koskinen holds a Master's Degree in Educational Sciences from the University of Helsinki, which was obtained from 2000 to 2005. Reetta has acquired several certifications, including the Työhyvinvointikortti from Työturvallisuuskeskus ry and the EIP3 emotional intelligence profiler from PSI Services LLC in 2021.
