David Richter

David Richter has a diverse work experience in the aviation industry, with a focus on aircraft management and sales. David currently serves as the Executive Vice President of Aircraft Management at Talon Air, Inc. Prior to this, they held the position of Senior Vice President of Aircraft Management Sales at Wheels Up from 2020 to 2023. From 2014 to 2020, David was the Vice President of Aircraft Management at Executive Jet Management. Before their roles in the aviation industry, they worked as a Sales Director at Jeteffect, Inc. from 2013 to 2014, and at CitationAir from 2009 to 2012. David also has experience as a Sales Director at JetTransactions a Bloomer deVere Dahlfors Company from 2005 to 2008. Prior to entering the aviation industry, they worked as a Managing Director at Magnum Portfolio Management from 2001 to 2005, and as a First Vice President of Wealth Management at Salomon Smith Barney Holdings Inc. from 1998 to 2001.

David Richter attended the University of Massachusetts Amherst from 1992 to 1996. During this time, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel Restaurant and Travel Administration.
