Audris Siow, Ph.D.

Audris Siow, Ph.D. has an extensive work experience in the financial industry. Starting in 2000, Siow worked at SMARTS Group International Pty Ltd as the Global Head of Business Development, where they directed strategic business development and led sales and marketing activities. Siow also served as a Client and Project Manager, leading large-scale projects at exchanges and regulators. In 2008, Siow joined ITG, where they held roles as the Director of Liquidity Management & Consulting and Director of Algorithmic Sales & Consulting. In these roles, Siow supervised sales budgets, guided sell-side customers on execution projects, and managed campaigns to beat competition. Since 2019, Siow has been working at Virtu Financial as the Head of Institutional Broker Sales for Europe. In this role, Siow provides support to senior executives, oversees agency sales and account management, and cultivates relationships with clients. Starting in 2023, Siow will be the Head of Business Development for EMEA at Talos.

Audris Siow, Ph.D., has an extensive education history. In 1994 and 1995, Audris attended Raffles Institution, though the degree name and field of study are unspecified. Audris then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Economics (Honours) at the University of Sydney from 1996 to 1999, specializing in Economics and Finance. Following this, Audris completed a Ph.D. in Finance at UNSW from 2000 to 2005.

In 2023, Audris furthered their education by completing a Professional Education program in Blockchain: Disruptive Technologies at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). In addition to this program, Audris obtained a certification in Blockchain: Disruptive Technology from MIT Professional Education in May of 2023.
