Matthew Biagini is the Director of Technical Recruitment at Talos. Matthew has over six years of experience in IT recruiting and has been with Talos for four years. Prior to their current position, they were the Lead Technical Recruiter at Meta and the Technical Recruiting Manager at Jobspring Partners.

Matthew has a deep understanding of the IT job market and is able to identify opportunities that best serve the needs of candidates looking to advance their careers. Matthew is passionate about helping candidates connect with companies that are looking to hire them and takes the time to meet with each candidate individually to better understand their skills and unique needs.

Matthew Biagini attended Illinois State University, where they majored in Human Resource Management.
