Leslie Lee's work experience begins in 1991 as a Merchandise Manager at Hard Rock Cafe - Dallas. Leslie managed a merchandise retail store within a restaurant setting, handling responsibilities such as inventory flow, staffing, and personnel training and development.

In 1997, Leslie became a Regional Human Resource Manager at AutoNation. Leslie provided professional counsel and support to field management in various areas, including EEO, FMLA, WC, LOA, HIPAA, ERISA, and organizational policies and procedures. Leslie also managed 22 indirect reports and led regional compliance teams. Leslie developed a consolidated organizational HR policies manual and oversaw several training and onboarding programs.

From 2007 to 2010, Leslie worked as a Human Resource Manager at AutoNation SSC. In this role, they provided counsel and support to operations management, focusing on areas like EEO, FMLA, WC, LOA, HIPAA, ERISA, and organizational policies and procedures.
