Sebastian Jose

Sebastian Jose is currently the VP of Engineering at Talview. Prior to this, they were a Senior Architect at emids from June 2014 to July 2019. There, they lead the architecture for all projects in the Medidata account, spanning technologies like Java, Scala, and RoR. Sebastian also worked with other architects to design and architect a study management solution. Furthermore, they led efforts to implement CI/CD for all projects, establish coding standards and best practices, as well as automated code analysis and review using tools such as Codacy. One of Sebastian's most notable achievements during their time at emids was architecting and designing Edge Risk Management - one of the first comprehensive RACT tools in the industry.

Before their time at emids, Sebastian was a Consultant - Technology at Eruditus Education from July 2015 to December 2016. As Consulting Architect for a client in the Education domain, Sebastian led the development of an iOS and Android cohort based learning app as well as backend APIs. Additionally, they established coding standards and best practices, and conducted regular code reviews for improving code quality across teams.

Between October 2012 and May 2014, Sebastian worked as a Consultant - Technology for multiple companies. And from June 2004 to September 2012 they were Technology Lead at Infosys.

Their manager is Mani Ka, Co-Founder & CTO.
