Director, Demand Gen at Talview

Umang Sharma is the current Director of Demand Gen at Talview. Prior to this, they were with SABERNI as well as Mascon Global, IBM, and ArisGlobal. Umang has over 15 years of experience in marketing and operations management.

At Mascon Global, Umang was the Group Manager of Central Marketing Operations. Umang was responsible for a team of marketing professionals who executed campaigns for the company’s products and services. Umang also managed the budgets for these campaigns.

At IBM, Umang was a Sr. Associate in the Program Management department. Umang worked on various global marketing initiatives and was responsible for their successful execution.

At ArisGlobal, Umang held several positions over the course of three years. Umang started as the Head of Sales and Marketing Operations and was later promoted to Associate Director of Global Marketing Operations. Their final position at ArisGlobal was Group Marketing Manager.

Umang’s experience in marketing and operations has helped him excel in their current role at Talview. Umang is responsible for leading the demand generation efforts for the company and has helped Talview grow significantly since they joined the team.

Umang Sharma has a EGMP from Indian Institute of Management Bangalore in Business Administration and Management, General. Umang also has an MBA from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies in Finance, General. Their undergraduate degree is in Computer Science from Guru Jambeshwar University. Umang also has certification from ITIL in ITIL Ver 3.0 and from Edexcel & Pearson UK in HND.

Umang Sharma works with Nagendra Gururaj - VP, Product, Sumit Roy - VP, Sales, and Mani Ka - Co-Founder & CTO. Umang Sharma reports to Sanjoe Tom Jose, CEO & Co-Founder.
