Golden Shaver has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. They started as a Senior Office Assistant at The University of Texas at Arlington - Fort Worth Campus, where they were involved in financial tasks and administrative duties. They then transitioned to Franklin Park Senior Living as an Administrative Assistant. After that, they worked as a Business Manager at Pinnacle Property Management Services, where they handled resident screening, marketing, and rent collection. Golden Shaver later joined BH Management Services, LLC as a Property Manager, overseeing the financial, administrative, and maintenance operations of the community. They then moved to City Gate Property Group as a Marketing and Training Director, managing marketing efforts and acting as a point of contact for clients. Most recently, they worked at Asset Living as a Director of Asset Transitions, facilitating portfolio asset transitions and working closely with senior management. They are currently working as a Director of Asset Transitions at TAM Residential.
Golden Shaver attended Arlington High School from 2001 to 2004, where they obtained a Diploma in General Studies.

TAM Residential was formed because we wanted to provide an excellent customer service experience for everyone. When we say Customer, we are speaking about not only our residents and prospects but also our owners, vendors and most importantly our team members! Our customer service policy is extended to our residents because they are the reason we all have jobs. All our customers are important and are treated with the upmost respect.
