Martha Tilley, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, CT has extensive experience in human resources spanning over 20 years. Martha is currently serving as the Human Resources Director and Director of HR for TAM Residential, which they joined in 2021. Prior to this, Martha worked at Cushman & Wakefield as a Human Resources Manager and Senior Human Resources Business Partner, where they managed employee relations issues and oversaw leave administration programs. Before that, they held the role of Human Resources Business Partner at Pinnacle Property Management Services. Martha also has experience as a Human Capital Management Consultant at ADP, where they implemented ADP products and focused on Affordable Care Act compliance. Martha worked as a Benefits Consultant at Aflac and was self-employed as a Caregiver from 2009 to 2014. Martha's career in HR began at Sprint, where they held various roles including HR Manager for Sales and Distribution and HR Manager for Network Operations. Martha demonstrated proficiency in training and development, employee relations, performance management, and policy adherence throughout their career.

Martha Tilley, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, CT has an Associate of Applied Science degree in Business Management from Patrick Henry Community College. Martha also completed a Human Resources Studies program at Cornell University. In addition, Martha has obtained several certifications including Birkman Certified Professional, Certified Trainer in Workplace Conflict Resolution from the Mediation Training Institute at Eckerd College, SHRM-SCP from SHRM, and SPHR (Senior Professional Human Resources) from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
