Mollie Kickbush has extensive experience in compliance and audit management. Mollie currently holds the position of Director of Compliance at TAM Residential since August 2023. Prior to this, they served as Director of Compliance at Conifer Realty, LLC from February 2021 to June 2023. Mollie also worked at Pinnacle Property Management Services, where they held multiple roles, including Director of Affordable Compliance from January 2019 to February 2021, Senior Compliance Manager from January 2014 to February 2021, and Audit Manager from August 2010 to February 2021. Mollie began their career at Riverstone Residential Group as an Audit Manager from April 2009 to July 2010.
Mollie Kickbush holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Sociology from the State University of New York at Fredonia. In addition, they have obtained certifications including the Novogradac Property Compliance Certification in 2018, the Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP) in 2013, and the National Compliance Professional (NCP) in 2012.
