Arindam Jha is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in credit risk management, product development, and strategic improvement. Currently serving as the Director of Credit Risk and Collection Strategy at Tamara since May 2023, Arindam leads a team managing multiple collections agencies and has achieved significant cost savings through strategic negotiations. As the Owner of Glazier, a unique cafe, Arindam successfully expanded the brand and navigated challenges such as a fire and a pandemic. Previously, Arindam founded ShopDlite, an app-based delivery service, and played a pivotal role at PayPal and Capital One in product management and analytics, driving substantial activation and cost reduction initiatives. With a strong educational background, including an MBA in Finance and Operations from the Weatherhead School of Management, Arindam Jha combines analytical expertise with entrepreneurial spirit.
