Celeste Sweet

Celeste Sweet, PHR, currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at Tamarack Grove Engineering since January 2021 and previously held the position of Human Resources Manager. Prior experience includes serving as the Director of Guest Experience/Outreach at Rockharbor Church from November 2015 to December 2020, where responsibilities involved leading staff and volunteer teams in a dynamic environment. Celeste's career also includes over a decade at St. Luke's Health System as the Manager of Volunteer Services, overseeing operations and financial management of volunteer programs. Prior roles include Human Resource Manager at Intermountain Outdoor Sports and Restaurant Manager at Red Lobster. Celeste holds an Associate's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Boise State University, earned between 1984 and 1986.
