Gabriel Ortega is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in high-level kitchen management roles. Currently serving as the Executive Chef at Tamarack Resort since June 2020, Gabriel previously held the position of Executive Chef at Holiday Inn Mart Plaza Chicago from June 2013 to March 2020. Prior to that, Gabriel worked as the Food & Beverage Director for Pillar Hotels & Resorts from June 2008 to June 2013, demonstrating a strong background in the hospitality industry and a commitment to culinary excellence.
