Jamie Grimston

Jamie Grimston is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Director of People Services at Tamarack Resort since January 2024. Previously, Jamie held the role of Employee Services Generalist at Brundage Mountain Resort from June 2022 to January 2024, responsible for overseeing HR functions, managing employee relations investigations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. Jamie's career includes roles at ALDI USA as a Training & Development Associate and Project Intern, and as a Human Resources Coordinator at Hilton Chicago. Early experience includes a marketing internship at Lambert and various positions at Goldfish Swim School - St. Charles, culminating in a Supervisor role overseeing a large staff. Jamie holds a degree in Communication from DePaul University, obtained in 2020.
