Matt Eichman

Matt Eichman is an experienced culinary professional currently serving as a Restaurant Chef at Tamarack Resort since January 2019, where responsibilities include menu creation for three restaurants and various events. In addition, Matt has been the Executive Director at Savage Catering Group since January 2014, overseeing private parties and events with a focus on food purchasing and decor. As the Owner of Savage Catering since September 2013, Matt emphasizes personalized service for client occasions. Previous roles include serving as a Server at Applebee's and holding chef positions at Pan & Fork and Crafted Tap House + Kitchen. Matt also brings prior experience as a Facilities Manager at Amerest Securities. Matt holds a Culinary Arts certification from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts, completed in 2014.
