Christopher Connelley has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Christopher started their career in 2002 in the US Air Force as a C-130E Aerospace Maintenance Technician, where they repaired landing gears, flight controls, and cargo ramp/door components. Christopher also served as a Flight Mechanic, ensuring the aircraft's mission readiness and managing logistics while away from home station.

In 2008, Christopher joined Empire Airlines as an A&P Technician, where they performed modifications, routine, and non-routine maintenance on various aircraft models. Their responsibilities included tasks such as rigging flight controls, adjusting engine controls, and maintaining cargo and landing gear doors.

In 2012, Christopher transitioned to Tamarack Aerospace Group, where they took on various roles. Christopher started as a Quality Administrator/Aircraft Mechanic, implementing the FAA Parts Manufacturing Approval Quality Control System and performing root cause analyses for non-conformances. Later, they became the Quality Manager, ensuring compliance with quality control standards and acting as a liaison between Engineering and Production departments. Most recently, Christopher served as the Repair Station General Manager, overseeing all aspects of the company's repair station operations and representing the company during FAA audits.

Throughout their career, Christopher has developed a strong expertise in aviation maintenance, quality control, compliance, and management.

Christopher Connelley has a diverse education history in the field of aviation and project management. Christopher obtained a B.S. Degree in Aviation Technology from Everglades University, specializing in Aeronautics/Aviation/Aerospace Science and Technology. Additionally, they pursued further education at Villanova University, where they earned a Certificate of Achievement in Lean Six Sigma and Six Sigma Green Belt. Christopher also holds a Masters Certificate in Applied Project Management from Villanova University.

In 2007, Connelley attended the Community College of the Air Force, focusing on Aerospace Maintenance and leadership. During this time, they also achieved the FAA Airframe and Powerplant Certification through Middle Georgia College, Georgia Aviation.

Furthermore, Connelley obtained the Air Agency Certificate - Repair Station from the Federal Aviation Administration in September 2018, adding to their list of certifications.
