Adeel Bhatti

Adeel Bhatti is an experienced RF Optimization Engineer with a diverse background in telecommunications. Currently employed at Tamdeed Projects (Etisalat Services) since April 2015, Adeel specializes in optimizing and analyzing KPIs, including RSRP, RSRQ, and SINR, while ensuring customer comments are addressed. Prior to this role, Adeel worked as an RF Optimization Engineer at incom Solutions Technology and as an RF Engineer at AIRCOM International, where responsibilities included performing drive tests for 2G, 3G, and LTE. Adeel also has experience at ZTE, focusing on network performance evaluation and optimization, and began a career as an Assistant Network Engineer at Habib Rafiq International. Adeel holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Telecommunications Engineering from the Institute of Engineering and Technology (AIOU).
