Adrian Zurbriggen

Adrian Zurbriggen has extensive experience in the journalism field, currently serving as Stellvertretender Chefredaktor at Tages-Anzeiger since April 2011, where responsibilities include overseeing the strategic user-centered development of journalistic content and products, managing editorial workflows, and leading various departments such as Sports and Science. Prior roles at Tamedia include Deputy Editor in Chief of the central editorial office, Stellvertretender Chefredaktor at Berner Zeitung, and Head of the News Desk, where management of staff and supervision of investigations were key tasks. Zurbriggen began a career with Tamedia in 2006 as Head of the City Desk, leading a team dedicated to local reporting. Education was completed at the University of Bern from 1993 to 1997.
