Jitesh Dineschandra

Jitesh Dineschandra is an experienced professional with extensive expertise in Agile transformation and business agility. Currently serving as the Head of Business Agility at Lloyds Banking Group since October 2016, Jitesh has held various roles including Business Agility Lead and Agile Transformation Coach across multiple value streams. In addition to positions at Lloyds, Jitesh is a Professional Kanban Trainer with ProKanban.org, a Certified TameFlow Kanban Trainer with TameFlow Consulting, and a leadership coach with The Future of Leadership. Previous experience includes Agile transformation roles at HM Revenue & Customs, Essence, The AA, and O2 (Telefónica UK). Jitesh holds a BSc in Statistics & Mathematics from Brunel University and an MPhil in Medical Statistics from the University of Westminster, along with A-level qualifications from Merton College.
