Arif Rahman is a seasoned professional in operations management and business development, currently serving as a Venture Partner at Homegrown Ventures since April 2024 and General Manager - Operations at Tamimi Group since June 2018, overseeing the food manufacturing facility, Masdar Al Hayat. Arif has held leadership roles at pladis Global, Mondelēz International, Kraft Foods, Nabisco, and Parle Products, where responsibilities included reporting to the Board of Directors and implementing business models to enhance operational efficiency. With an extensive background in plant operations, capacity expansion, and international business development, Arif's career highlights include managing significant manufacturing plants and navigating complex operational challenges. Arif holds a B.Tech in Chemical Engineering from Harcourt Butler Technical University and additional degrees in mathematics and sciences.
