THANGARAJ Karuppiah is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in various prestigious roles across the food and hospitality industry. Currently serving as a Sous Chef at Tamimi Group since August 2023, THANGARAJ has previously held significant positions including Head Chef at Kuwait International Agro Food Expo and Executive Chef at Sultan Center Group Kuwait. Additional experience includes Sous Chef Western Cuisine at Chef~De~Continental and Head Chef at Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone. THANGARAJ began a culinary career as a Commis at Forte Grand-Le Royal Meridien and progressed to Jr Sous Chef at Millennium Hotel Abudhabi. THANGARAJ holds a degree in Food Production from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, and has foundational education from Ahmadia High School. Known for a strong work ethic, eagerness to learn, and teamwork skills, THANGARAJ continues to excel in the culinary field.
