Pasang Lama Bal has accumulated extensive experience in the culinary field, currently serving as the Specialty Restaurant Chef at Marriott International since July 2025, while also holding positions as Sous Chef at Hyatt Regency, Proper Hospitality, and Ikons Hotel Company since 2022 and 2020. Previously, Pasang worked as Chef De Partie at Cha Cha Char Steak House, Felons Brewing Co, and Black Hide Steak House by Gambaro from 2018 to 2020, and as Chef-De-Partie at Rotana Hotel Management Corporation PJSC in early 2018.
