Yasmeen Alsaffar

Yasmeen Alsaffar currently serves as the Director of Business and Sector Intelligence-Strategy at Tamkeen since August 2023. Previously, Yasmeen held the position of Strategy Director at Orf America from August 2021 to May 2025 and has been a Board Member at CPISPAA since March 2019. Yasmeen's experience also includes a role as Director of Research and Initiatives at the Bahrain Chamber of Commerce & Industry from December 2022 to August 2023 and various positions at the Bahrain Economic Development Board (EDB) from November 2010 to December 2022, including Head of Financial Services. Earlier internships at NCB Capital, Aluminium Bahrain, and Ernst & Young provided foundational experience in finance and auditing. Educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Economics and French from The Johns Hopkins University and a Master's degree in Finance from DePaul Driehaus College of Business.
