Mike Shifferd

Mike Shifferd has a diverse work experience. Mike started their career in the U.S. Army as a Captain from June 1999 to May 2004. Mike then transitioned to TAMKO, where they held various roles, including Six Sigma Black Belt (May 2004 - June 2006), Six Sigma Master Black Belt (July 2006 - April 2007), Senior Manufacturing Director (May 2007 - July 2017), Director of Six Sigma (July 2017 - March 2023), and currently serves as the Director of Corporate Process Excellence at TAMKO.

Mike Shifferd attended Arrowhead High School from 1990 to 1994. Mike then went on to study at Western Reserve Academy in 1994 and 1995. From 1995 to 1999, Mike attended the United States Military Academy at West Point, where they obtained a degree in Mechanical Engineering. Later, from 2007 to 2009, Mike Shifferd pursued an MBA at the University of Arkansas.
