Dave Hamilton is an accomplished sports performance professional currently serving as the Director of Performance Science for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers since July 2019. Prior to this role, Dave held positions such as Assistant Athletic Director for Applied Health and Performance Science at Penn State University and Director of Performance Science for USA Field Hockey, where notable achievements included a gold medal at the 2015 Pan Am Games and a fourth-place finish at the 2014 FIH World Cup. Dave also served as the Head of Strength and Conditioning for the Great Britain and England Women's Hockey teams, contributing to their success at the London 2012 Olympics and the 2010 World Cup. Early career experiences include roles at Aspire, the English Institute of Sport, and the Scottish Institute of Sport, focusing on strength and conditioning across various sports, including Olympic preparation.
